/&gt;阿特金斯飲食認為造成肥胖的主要原因是高比例的碳水化合物，在減肥計畫的初期把這個比例降到極低以後再逐漸適當增加，而取而代之的是高比例的蛋白質和放寬限制的脂肪攝入。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;身為醫師和營養學大師, 不能否認他對營養學普及工作有所貢獻，且那些網路上的傳聞和對他的攻擊確有些誇大，但不幸的是他的減肥方法的核心思想是錯誤的。在科學創新的努力中，真誠和正確有時是兩回事。西方飲食從提倡低脂飲食轉變為阿特金斯提倡的低碳飲食，走得有些矯枉過正了。阿特金斯飲食認為造成肥胖的主要原因是高比例的碳水化合物，在減肥計畫的初期把這個比例降到極低以後再逐漸適當增加，而取而代之的是高比例的蛋白質和放寬限制的脂肪攝入。但實驗證明長期執行的副效應是：骨質疏鬆、腎臟疾病、患癌症的可能性升高等等問題。面對實驗阿特金斯本人在困惑之餘提出的一些改善措施也並不能解決實際問題。一篇針對所有低碳水化合物膳食的研究綜述總結的結果是：“阿特金斯飲食的確能夠導致短期的減肥效應，但只是短期！且其體重減少的原因主要是實驗資料中實驗物件總能量攝入的減少。”另外碳水化合物從釋放能量速度和含量的角度可以分為兩大類：低血糖負荷的碳水化合物（大多數新鮮的蔬菜水果）與高血糖負荷的碳水化合物（濃縮的糖類、精加工澱粉類和個別種類的水果）。只有後者才會因造成血糖問題而導致體重增加。所以如果想要減去體重，最合適的飲食是：碳水化合物65%（以低血糖負荷類為主，避免高血糖負荷的碳水化合物）、脂肪20%（以多不飽和脂肪和單不飽和脂肪為主，儘量避免飽和脂肪和氫化脂肪或反式脂肪）、蛋白質15%。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; 火療、灸療歷史淵源，是我國傳統醫學的一朵奇葩，是古代人民長期與疾病作鬥爭的經驗結晶。火灸法產生在人類掌握了火的應用之後，北京猿人在50萬年前已經開始使用火。原始社會，祖先們在烘烤食物或取曖等使用火的過程中，發生灼傷，結果使原有的病痛減輕或消除，于是主動用火燒灼以治療更多的病痛，便是灸療的起源。現存最早記載灸療的醫籍是長沙市馬王堆二號漢墓出土的帛書《五十二病方》中的《足臂十一脈灸經》、《陰陽十一脈灸經》兩書，據考其成書年代早于《素問》和《靈樞》兩書，其內容的4/5都為久灸療、針灸。
